Tanzanian inflation rate slows to 9.6 pct in Feb

DAR ES SALAAM (Reuters) - Tanzania's year-on-year inflation rate slowed to 9.6 percent in February from 10.9 percent in January, Tanzania's National Bureau of Statistics said on Monday. The inflation rate in Tanzania, east Africa's second biggest economy, has been slowing in recent months due to lower food price rises.
