Divestment, financial inclusion, start-ups, growth... The Cameroonian financier, who took up the reins of Oragroup in 2019, talks with us about the latest trends in the African banking sector and the group's strategic direction.

Since mid-2019, Ferdinand Ngon Kemoum has been director and CEO of Oragroup SA, the holding company of the Orabank banking group, which is present in 12 countries in West and Central Africa. He was previously managing director and partner at Emerging Capital Partners (ECP), which is now selling its majority stake in the group.
