In the midst of food security-related tensions, the Sunny Verghese-owned outfit is looking to ride a good financial showing to a twofold agribusiness stock market listing.

Expected to close by the end of the first quarter, Olam Agri’s IPO, a subsidiary of Olam, the agricultural commodity trading giant with a strong African presence, looks to make waves in the stock market.
