Why Managem hopes to double its production of West African gold

After launching its gold mine in Guinea, the Moroccan group has bought several gold projects in West Africa, with the aim of doubling its production in the coming years. 

Managem is marking a new turning point in its gold strategy. The Moroccan mining group signed an agreement on 19 December 2022 with the Canadian company Iamgold to buy several strategic assets in Senegal, Guinea, and Mali.
