If you have been to Kampala, Uganda’s capital city for a day, you certainly came across Uganda government-owned posh Toyota cars shoving other cars off the roads with the help of police leads cars.

With sirens blarings, government officials often drive in the wrong lanes and hardly respect traffic rules.
