According to Vodafone, the completion of the acquisition agreement between Vodafone and Telecel “presents an opportunity for further innovation and continued delivery of unparalleled services to Ghanaians”.
In an interview with The Africa Report, Nicolas Bourg says the decision to venture into Ghana’s telecom space is “one of the biggest steps accomplished” by the company since its inception and they will be focusing on their core strengths to navigate the terrain.
