Steel, mining and even outsourcing have enabled North African groups to record good performances in 2021-2022.

In 2021, the Maghreb countries all rebounded strongly after a year in which Covid was a major setback. Morocco has gone from -7.2% growth in 2020 to +7.9% in 2021, Algeria from -5.1% to +3.5%, and Tunisia from -8.8% to +4.4%.
