After signing a massive investment agreement with Kinshasa and Congo Airways in early March for significant advances in the Congolese aviation sector, the Egyptian businessman has six months to prove the seriousness of his proposal.

On 2 March, Congo Airways Deputy Director General Jean-Claude Mubenga and Khaled Sadek, Director General of the A&M Development group, signed a memorandum of understanding along with interim Minister of Transport Marc Ekila Likombio and Adèle Kahinda, minister of the portfolio.
