Starting in 2025, all aircraft departing from European airports must incorporate a proportion of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) within their paraffin oil, which will lead to an increase in fuel prices.

After months of discussions, the European Commission, Parliament, and Council reached an agreement last month to reduce CO2 emissions from the aviation sector.
