The Payday neobank, which operates in Nigeria and Rwanda, plans to target African diaspora communities in the UK, the US and Canada, CEO Favour Ori tells The Africa Report.

The UK launch is planned for next week, with Canada to follow in May and the US in June, Ori says. Customers will have a remittances service allowing them to send money back home, as well as credit cards. Diasporic Africans in the US will be able to get a credit card as soon as they have secured a US visa, the executive says.
