Online check-in, priority queues, lounges, connectivity issues…to reduce passenger waiting times and grow, the continent’s airports are slowly modernising.

Even when they don’t book their tickets through company agencies, business travellers are easy to spot in the flow of airline statistics. If they travel in a group, it’s on weekdays and for a maximum of two nights, and when they go solo, their stay can be for up to 12 days. At least, these are the standards that characterise them, according to analysis firm ForwardKeys.
