Ethiopia: Arifpay, IrisGuard to use eye recognition for displaced person payments

The Ethiopian fintech’s partnership with IrisGuard will seek to help people who lack identification documents.

Ethiopian fintech Arifpay has partnered with IrisGuard of the UK to use eye recognition technology to facilitate merchant payments by refugees and internally displaced persons.
